It's really awkward to drop it off. The staff at the laundromat weren't clear about the relationship between your service and their business, and picking it up was equally weird. Doubt I'd go there again.

1 - Missing Dress only 1 dress delivered, 1 provided and charged for. 2 - Late delivery and lack of appropriate communication - none of the "email" updates ever got through unless I emailed you - your system doesn't work. 3 - Unless the missing item is returned by noon tomorrow, in time for my flight, I will be making a claim against you for loss.

I turned in my suit with a nice wooden jacket hanger but I didn’t get the hanger back.

This the place! I had a last minute dry cleaning at about 4 PM and needed it the next day! They came and picked my cleaning up from my house because I knew I couldn't make it to the cleaners and got it to me the next day in perfect condition! It was even cheaper than my normal dry cleaners and I didn't have to drive there! Strongly recommend!

I got my white comforter from Buffy cleaned and i was nervous because it either can be cleaned in industry sized machine wash & dryer or dry cleaned. Since i contacted the service over the weekend, I couldn't get it dry cleaned as fast as i wanted it. However, they had it washed and dried same day. I was not only impressed with how fast the communication was between me and the owner, but also how white my comforter came back. I had forgotten how white it used it be!

After struggling with multiple mobile services in Austin, I, fortunately, found ATX Dry Cln. I have a commercial account and I could not be more satisfied with this service. They get hundreds of towels cleaned for me weekly and are always on-time, professional, very friendly, and reasonably priced. If you need any laundry cleaned and delivered in bulk or for personal use these guys are hands down the best option in town. Thank you ATX Dry Cln! you have saved me so much time and hassle!

Do Not Trust this company they will send your clothes back STINKING like cigarette smoke. They will also overcharge you for laundry and dry cleaning and its not even done right. Used them in the past and the old driver was WAY more personable the new one just sucks.
