2026-02-25 18:15:58Instructions were not respected. Laundry for a mixed group was washed together and bundled together despite being sent in clearly marked separate bags. An absolute disaster for a mixed gender group of Muslim passengers who are unrelated. This is a completed failure on your company's part given that I confirmed prior to placing the order that these would be laundered separately and even ordered 7 bags so that they remained separate at all times!
