2026-07-30 13:18:13My shoes were not clean at all, I was given a complimentary wash for next time when I bring a pair of shoes but I was not happy at all with the wash I wanted my money back to be honest and unfortunately I needed the sneakers for an event so I couldn’t just leave them there again. The reason I was given was that the material of the sneakers traps dirt but I had left the same sneakers before and they were clean first time so I don’t know what happened this time around.

2026-07-21 13:12:34I wasn’t happy with my suede gucci sneakers i could still see the dirt on the sole the guy had to wipe. And hand them over without saying anything. It was my first time but the service wasn’t pleasant.
