2026-08-12 16:09:44I was surprised to see that my shoe was listed as having a tear in the collection email I received, something I disproved upon collection. Not the first time that such incorrect damages have been listed and this would make it difficult for customers to disprove such, should such damages be incurred by Sneaker Shack. The female staff member (it says I was served by a Thapelo though?) made me feel uncomfortable when I checked my shoes in and presented my MINI R100 off voucher, saying that “vouchers have been returned” and that she will have to call the store owner, who told her that my voucher should indeed be accepted. When I enquired about the 35% off offer for MINI drivers offer card on the counter, she told me that she knows nothing about it (even though it is displayed there) and that it must surely be expired by now, yet I showed her that it is still indeed valid until 31 August! Train your staff members and familiarise each and every one of them on all current offers and promotions by Sneaker Shack please.

2026-06-28 13:38:42Shoes were fixed and glued as expected, however they could have cleaned the shoes thereafter. So overall the review is indifferent. Not WOW or not BAD
