Staff could be friendlier

My sneakers were unfinished. There was still dirt on the shoe lace and the crease of the shoe still had dust in it. Disappointing.

My shoes came back still unclean, i’ve wasted R580 for nothing, completely unacceptable!

Firstly, when i got there, the lady at the counter did not even acknowledge me, she continued to complete what she was busy with and once she was finished did she only great me. And then when she assisted me and brought my sneakers from the back, she asked if they were ok and i looked at them and said 'No, they didn't look like they were cleaned?' She asked was wrong with them and i showed her - she took one of the wipes, opened it and proceded to wipe them and then gave them to me. If that is how they get cleaned, then I might as well purchase the wipes for a lot less and do them myself - very unhappy with this expensive service. Thanks Nicky

When you advise a customer that it will take 4 days to have his trainers/takkies ready for collection, please don't give him damp/wet trainers when he collects. Disappointing.

My email details were not on your system and my name is spelt incorrectly . Whoever too the order did not check to see my details were correct as previously I always received sms notification . My name is Gareth not Garath

The laces were filthy and had clearly not been taken out and washed. When I queried this the lady was very unhelpful and told me it was just the fluff on the laces when there were very clear dirty marks on the laces. I asked her to rewash the laces. She agreed reluctantly and with no apology or good communication. She was definitely doing me a favour and I left feeling like I would not return

The sneakers look exactly when I wash them at home.

My sneaker stretching didn’t make any difference. It’s as if you didn’t do anything. Won’t be returning.
