Sneakky NYC

Sneakers are clean and better than they were before I brought them in. I just think my expectations might have been too high for the end result.

I brought my sneakers there cuz I thought they wood them but all they did was Wipe the outside that was the worst $30 I ever spent I'll never use them again

They were not as clean as I'd thought they would be.

My order was fantastic. I had yellowing around the front of both pairs of sneakers. When I got them back they were all white. Very happy with the service I received.

When I throw them in the washing machine at home they came out cleaner. Not satisfied.

To start, I dropped 2 pairs of sneakers off around noon on Wednesday. The guy asked if Saturday would work and I explained that I’m leaving for a trip on Saturday and wanted these for that, so he said Friday pickup would be fine. On Friday, I get a text that my pickup was changed to the following week. So I call, get told it usually takes a week but they’ll do what they can for Saturday pickup. I go in to pick up today, see the sign about 3 day standard turnaround but also rush options that nobody bother to mention to me, which was very frustrating. And I do t know if my shoes just weren’t given the usual treatment or this was the best that could be done, but they’re barely any better. For my pair of Hermes sneakers, I was told to get the $90 clean because of the premium leather. It it still is pretty bad and apparently could’ve used the only marginally more expensive restoration, which nobody mentioned on drop off or called to offer as upgrade once it become clear it may be needed. I have a large collection of shoes and usually send to someone I found on IG, but was really hoping to have a local place to use instead. But won’t be coming back

I thought they lighten the soul. I thought they cleaned the suede better. All they did is repair the soul.

The salesperson said they wasn't sure if they could do the job but they more than exceeded expectations great job i will def come back and recommend this place to friends and family
