I specifically requested that each suit be placed in its own separate cover. However, when I collected my order, several suits had been placed together in one cover. This made me feel that my request was not listened to or followed. While I appreciate your effort, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to my instructions. I hope you can improve your communication and ensure customer requests are followed more carefully in the future. Thank you.
