Classic Cleaners

I was recommended to go here by a friend and it did not disappoint. Since then, I have taken a couple different suits in for tailoring and cleaning and they do a wonderful job, very quickly, at an affordable price. The owners and employees are always very friendly and accommodating. Why aren't more businesses like this?

If I could give less than one star I would. Classic Cleaners ruined a dress I bought several years ago from a little boutique in Olympia. I fell in love with the dress but it was too expensive so I waited for it to go on sale for months. It finally did and they had one left in my size! I've worn it to weddings, family reunions, and special dinners. I love this dress. When I picked it up from Classic Cleaners it had bleached out spots down the front and back of it. There was no apology, no remorse. I had to haggle to get reimbursed for a fraction of what it cost and then the owner would not give me the dress back. His wife was the one who ruined it and he said he was going to keep it to show her everyday and remind her what she did. My mouth literally fell open at that point. I have trouble thinking of another business that deserves my patronage less.

if you live in the Highlands this is the best cleaner around. They are SO nice and call everyone by name. There is nothing I haven't taken there and everything has been perfect. In fact, the owner called me one time after leaving my skirt to say he noticed the heam had come out and asked if I wanted it fixed. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Being a woman of shorter and rounder stature, I have always needed to get my pants hemmed. I've been coming to Classic Cleaners for more than 7 years and they have never done me wrong. Good quality work for a very reasonable price. Jeans, work pants, even faux leather! I moved to Bellevue about 3 yrs ago and still make the trek south because there is no one better.

I now live in Snoqualmie, but I still bring my clothes back here. I've tried other cleaners, but they don't compare well. These are good folks who provide good service at the right price.

Friendly, fast and great quality

Said they did wedding gowns. Took mine there to have it done. I guess I should have looked at it before I accepted it back. Because they broke(mangled and the other was just missing) two clasps on the dress. The one that keeps the zipper up in back and the one to busle it. Caused a lot of frusteration.It was super clean when I got it back though.Just no attention to detail. DO NOT TAKE NICE CLOTHES HERE!!

Fast, friendly and they do a great job. Been a local favorite for a long time.

My 50yr old Woolrich coat was in bad shape. Lots of pilling a hole in the front and an overall bad smell. I also had a Filson wool jacket with many of stains. I took the Woolrich in for what i thought was just a cleaning and got it back looking almost new. Pilling was gone, colors where bright, hole was nicely patched and the smell was also improved.The Filson jacket was still stained after one wash but the company happily took it back and got all the stains our at no additional charge. Overall I was thrilled with the results and only wish i had the coats cleaned earlier.
